General terms
These terms apply to purchases from sofiaoscarssonart.com, operated by Sofia Oscarsson Art, organization number 559601-9173, Första Långgatan 11B, 413 29 Göteborg, Sweden. Contact: sofia@sofiaoscarssonart.com.

Orders
An agreement is formed when you receive an order confirmation by email. All works are originals and unique; if a work has already been sold, we will contact you and refund any payment in full.

Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the shop including applicable VAT. Shipping is included. Payment is made securely at checkout.

Delivery
See our Shipping policy for details on delivery, import taxes and damage in transit.

Right of return
As a consumer you have a 14-day right of return. See our Refund policy for details. Commissioned works made to your specifications cannot be returned.

Certificate of authenticity
Every original painting comes with a signed, numbered certificate of authenticity. The certificate number is also marked on the back of the work.

Copyright
When you buy a painting, you own the physical work. The artist keeps the copyright, which means the work may not be reproduced, printed or used commercially without written permission.

Complaints
If a work is faulty or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible. Your rights under Swedish consumer law apply.

Disputes
These terms are governed by Swedish law. If we cannot resolve a disagreement together, you can turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), www.arn.se.
