Returns
You can return a painting within 14 days of delivery. You do not need to give a reason. Return shipping is paid by the buyer.

How to return a work
Please get in touch at sofia@sofiaoscarssonart.com within 14 days of delivery and let us know that you wish to return the work. You then have 14 days to send it back.

Return shipping
The cost of return shipping depends on the size of the work and the destination. Large works cannot be sent as a regular parcel and need to be returned by a freight or art courier, which can be costly. Please get in touch for an estimate before ordering if you are unsure.

Please pack the work carefully, preferably in its original packaging, and use a tracked and insured shipping method. The buyer is responsible for the work until it arrives back with us.

Condition
The work should be returned in the same condition as it was received, together with its certificate of authenticity. If the work has been damaged or handled more than necessary to examine it, the refund may be reduced by the loss in value.

Refunds
Once the work has arrived back and been inspected, you will receive a refund of the full purchase price within 14 days, using the same payment method you used at checkout.

Commissioned works
Commissioned works made to your specifications cannot be returned.
